What happen with the user data?
The app works offline and is not connected to the internet. Data collected by the app is stored in a private directory. This data is protected by the operating system and is inaccessible to other software on the device. The app does not transfer or store any data on the internet and no data is stored outside of the private directory.
By deleting the app, all data stored therein will be permanently deleted.
How can the user data be deleted?
All data collected by the App can be deleted at any time by the user via the option “Settings/Reset App”. It is not possible to retrieve data deleted in this manner.
How is the app on the smartphone protected from third party access?
The app is password protected (Code with 4 numbers). To use the app the user has to log in. If the user forgets his password, the app will automatically reset after five unsuccessful attempts to log in. In such a case, the user has to choose a new password and all data in the app will be deleted. It is not possible to recover the data following such.
